For Investors
Investors engage with Lighthouse in two ways.
Through our Investor Network, angels, funds, and family offices participate in curated events and intentional connections with founders across the Lighthouse Network.
Through Lighthouse Network Ventures, we make investments in early-stage companies and stay involved as long-term partners.
Investor Network
Investor Connect
Small, relationship-driven gatherings where founders in our network connect with investors they already have relationships with.
Founder Matching
We take time to understand what investors care about, stage, focus, and how they like to engage and, make thoughtful introductions when there’s real alignment.
Monthly Updates
Exclusive look via a monthly email on the what’s happening with the founders in our network and a great way to track their progress

Lighthouse Network Ventures partners with early-stage founders who are building great companies.
We invest early, work alongside founders as they figure things out, and stay involved as the company grows. Sometimes that means capital. Often it means conversations, introductions, and being in the room when decisions get messy.
This is hands-on, relationship-driven work, the kind that’s built over time, not rushed.
How We Get Involved
Before Lighthouse Network Ventures gets involved in a company, we spend time getting to know the founders and the business they’re building.
That usually looks like:
-
listening closely to how founders talk about their work
-
asking honest questions about what’s hard right now
-
understanding what’s working — and what still feels fragile
-
being upfront about whether we think we can actually be helpful
This isn’t about pressure or pitching. It’s about deciding whether it makes sense to build together.
What Diligence Looks Like at Lighthouse Network Ventures
We don’t believe in performative diligence. But we do believe in paying attention.
When we’re getting to know a company, we focus on:
-
how the founding team works together
-
whether the problem feels real to actual customers
-
early signs of traction or learning
-
operational realities and near-term risks
-
what capital will actually change in the next phase
When we say yes, it’s because we understand what we’re stepping into.
Value Beyond Capital
How we actually show up
When Lighthouse invests, we stay involved. Founders we work with often reach out for...
Strategic sparring and decision support
Talking through decisions when there isn’t a clear answer.
Introductions to customers, partners, or talent
Making connections when it’s genuinely useful.
Capital readiness and fundraising preparation
Helping founders think through timing, story, and tradeoffs.
Navigating inflection points and hard tradeoffs
Being around when the stakes feel heavier.
How Investments Are Structured
When Lighthouse Network Ventures participates in an investment, it does so through deal-specific special purpose entities (SPEs).
Each SPE is created for a single company and managed by Lighthouse Network Ventures. This structure keeps things clean, transparent, and aligned — for founders and partners alike.
We don’t publicly promote investment opportunities, and participation happens privately and intentionally.
A note on investors
