That experience inspired our evolution from Lighthouse Labs to Lighthouse Network — a shift from short-term programs to long-term relationships.
Today, we offer founder-focused programming, connect investors and mentors who want to make a real difference, and build a national network — all rooted in Richmond, Virginia — to help founders keep growing without burning out or going it alone.
