Lighthouse Labs Accelerator
Our flagship program, The Lighthouse Accelerator is an 11-week program for early-stage founders who want to build viable businesses and make clear decisions about what comes next.
We help founders get unstuck, test what actually works with customers, build better operating habits, and prepare for the next stage of growth, whether that’s fundraising, revenue growth, or a more focused path forward.
This is not a pitch competition or a one-size-fits-all playbook. Founders get practical support, honest feedback, and space to think clearly while they build.
Founder Fellowship
The Lighthouse Founder Fellowship is for founders who want real support while they’re actually building their company. It’s structured support over time, designed to help you think more clearly, make better decisions, and not feel like you’re doing this alone.
There’s no demo day pressure and no pretending everything is going great. The Fellowship exists because building a company takes longer and is messier than most programs admit.

The Lighthouse Founder Summit is a working room for founders, not a conference. It’s a day to step away from your inbox, talk honestly about what’s hard, and learn from people who have already been through it.
There are no pitches, no panels for show, and no pretending. The goal is to leave with clearer thinking, stronger relationships, and a better sense of what actually matters next.
